- Original file is:
- Bushings are drilled out with 1" bit. Once clamped in 1" universal carriage, the motion becomes tight. To remedy this, decrease the OD by 4 mm to allow bushings to float a little more inside the bushing holders. Increase the ID by 1 mm so they don't need to be drilled out.
