Many individuals today still operate at low levels of personal integration or psychological development, posing high risks to society with respect to macrosocial generation of propaganda, manipulation, and evil. The cure begins with personal, and subsequently political, transformation. Societal institutions and governance systems must be designed to promote humanization - or the pursuit of human characteristics that are favorable for genuine human progress - as opposed to human atrocities and deprivations.

Mass humanization is the process of generic tranformation of society from lower to higher states of personal growth and psuychological development leading to Antifragility, robustness, and resilience of human societies. This is the opposite of the disintegration of humanity, as evidenced in various social maladjustments or characteropathies and psychopathies.
