  1. Background - most important are the proper expectations - in that you are building your world, and learning to become a responsible citizen. We start from scratch, but provide robust learning environment of SH4 Icons and other Machine Icons and Fab Tool Icons, SH4 vBOMs, SH4 CAD, SH4 Build Work Docs, and Production Rate Data for matching competency to pay. Expectation that we build, build materials, build tools, and after we learn to build, we learn to build institutions. Read the background, and see the Apprenticeship Announcement Video.
  2. Intro. Self-Interview or intro video - why you are you applying. Looking for specific response on who we are asking for. 1 hr.
  3. Application. Written essays. 1-2 hrs.
  4. Mindset - Mindset interview. Do we care about what people are doing? Or how they approach life? 1/2 hr.
  5. Competency Assessments - 1 hour of testing, goes into dashboard and Open Learning Leaderboard
  6. BYOM Build + Collaborate. - assesses physical performance, ability to use tools, ability to follow directions, ability to document, ability to teach (by explaining what you are building and why you think this specific modular approach is important). You build at home, then strap it on your roof to come on site, if not driving, ship it. BYOM to the collaboration day. We build a structure, we prepare by allocating tasks and going over procedure. May 15, June 1, June 15, First 3 are 1 day with 12-24 peeps,
  7. Final Exam - June 21. last is 2 day with 48 peeps.
