The OSE Open IP Guidelines are:

OSE follows the OSE License
All OSE hardware releases must comply with the Open Source Hardware Association Open Source Hardware Definition.
OSE endorses the General Shuttleworth Foundation Open IP Clause. OSE is required to follow this clause during Marcin's Shuttleworth Fellowship term.
