Dusting on Plaster
commercial polymer - great and really stops dust and you couldn't see it. Add a little lime or cement coloring and then cook up some cactus juice to add to the plaster or roll on lime wash and that should make it feel like latex, smooth and a bit shiny and it will not create a vapor barrier. Easy to wash and no dust.
