Tuition per person - 9 days, $1000 - 13 days - $1444.
First 4 days is the Open Source Microfactory STEAM Camp Curriculum. Last 5 or 9 days are Space Camp.
Kit for first 4 days of OSE Boot Camp costs $600
Total cost per person - $1600 or $2044 depending on event duration
Lecture at HKU and meetings with students are organized to start an OSE Club. HKU provides $5k honorarium + MJ travel and accommodations.
OSE prepares, QAs, ships kits - and organizes for procuring any local parts as needed
OSE Provides:
- Instruction for the first 4 days, and build mentorship/guidance/collaboration during 5 or 9 Space Camp days
- Dev Kits to 30 participants
- Online announcement and registration using Eventzilla, and customer service
MakerBay Secures:
- Space Camp materials
- Venue and logistics
- 30 paying participants
OSE and MakerBay collaborate on Space Camp programming (5 or 9 days after 4 day Boot Camp)
