A lot of this was "getting people up to speed" and fitting them into the workflow right?

I guess it will always exist to a certain extent, but making it easier for people to navigate pages/resources and "get going" with less help fixes the former, and Decentralization/Modularity/"Small Dev Groups working on a bigger overall goal" and all that SHOULD make the whole "where do you fit in this chain of the workflow" less of an issue.

Also documentation tools and stuff, so that even individual/hobby/small group - work can be easily added into the "proper" development without having to reverse engineer it / contact the person and have an in-depth meeting etc

I may want to return later and either make a more formal outline of the above concept/recommended policy etc, so i am marking this page for later work.
