Talk:OSE Build Cost
I am no accountant, so am unsure on that side of things, but in terms of "potential for optimization" i see a PILE of that. Granted the caveats of my experience is limited and i don't want to come across as i am the knower of all things, but the current workflow for most construction (especially with numerous Subcontractors and Poor Records Keeping / Documentation) is somewhat haphazard.
The Combination of:
- Not just documentation, but full on Computerized, Open Source documentation
- Vertical Integration (But...good? (Ie the Wealth Gained from Increased Productivity is split across the workers, not hoarded by a select few, and it is done with the UNSDGs in mind and whatnot, not just Quarterly Capitalism etc)
- Lots of Planning / Teamwork / All that Kanban / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement Process type stuff
- Minor caveat of not wanting to get toxic with the push for that, a balance is key but i'm digressing
among other things has the potential to be HUGE. I don't want to put "all my eggs in one basket" and/or set Unrealistic Goals...but i'm excited to say the least !
