Do we really need THREE levels of management before we even get to the people doing the actual work?
What exactly is the point of creating an entire level of management hierarchy just so that one person can write one sentence?
What's the point of having a product owner who is apparently responsible for the whole project but is already so busy they have to hire an entirely different person (scrum master) to actually run the project?
This is way too much red tape. The people working on the project already have at least three bosses but they'll be recruited to do innovative, non-profit, agile work? - Matt_Maier 8MAR2012
