Just as a note, this technology, unlike VR, is still very much in it's infancy. There are very few products (2 from what I gathered, and exluding gimiky devices. The Meta 2 and the Hololens) and even fewer apps. This will change in the coming years especially with microsoft hololens and meta releasing pretty good products.
Also the challenge of the display is greater that VR due to it's transparent nature.
Furthermore people's fashion expectations are much higher as these are devices individuals expect to use in a more general setting (unlike VR). A bulky awkward device probably won't be viable.
It still is a good technology, but I just wanted to put this out here.
