Talk:Primera Bravo Disc Publishers

This past weekend or so i FINALLY got it working and finished a “full run” (black stack of discs in, disc automatically picked, placed in the drive, info burned on, automatically moved to printer, FULL COLOR label printer, automatically moved to “finished” pile.

All in all I’m quite happy with it!

Made a YouTube 45 Minute or so Music Mix into a CD with the Album Art, Song Tracks, and a QR Code to the Video

Only bit to improve on in this case would be formatting; it doesn’t have the song timestamps

I did “Single Session Closed End” if i remember correctly, I’ll add the proper format name when I’m back at my laptop (burning “hurry up and wait” time on a jobsite now

Up next will be the more useful DATA ARCHIVING where i need to grab a bunch of pictures etc, put them in a folder, then ‘’hopefully’’ have the disc publisher do the rest.

Testing different Optical Disc Burn Speeds and Optical Disc Read Speeds would be neat too, as well as DVD , Blu-Ray , and M-Disc validation runs

I bought an old 52x Capable Reader (adapter for old standard to modern SATA is arriving Wednesday if i remember correctly) so that will be fun. Heard horror stories of basically a Angle Grinder Disc Explosion but CD-ROM etc although i bet this was due to improper media and/or aging deterioration of the materials themselves

Either way just wanted to update you all on this and I’ll keep you posted

--Eric (talk) 14:31, 3 December 2024 (UTC) ALSO, getting that giant Lifetrac Tree Planting Edit onto a disc would help my hard drive out, and also probably make it easy to send such a large file to User: Marcin so that may be a thing to do as well.
