Granted it COULD get into a bit of the petty goofiness of “Freedom Fries” (although different situation; blaming Russia for their atrocities is easier and more morally correct than blaming France for not being interventionist), ‘’’BUT’’’ i find the use of the name “Russian Dandelion” a bit odd, Scientific Name or maybe Kazakh Dandelion makes more sense geographically and leaves Russia out of the credit.
Digging into who all was in the Soviet research team could also help put this to rest, bit again not the biggest deal…it’s a flower, but yeah.
