One of my Sisters is doing pre-doctorate work on osteology/antropology, and her boyfriend doing nuclear engineering.

VERY stem school, and is ~1h from where i am

The agricultural program isn't too giant, but it is one of those universities made under the "Land Grant" program way back, and does have a test feild, and bat houses which are kind of the "big thing"

I don't think machine needs are too big? due to funds etc, because even UNF which is smaller had a full on industrial fab lab, and UF has a test reactor.

PERHAPS the agricultural program, but as Alvaro pointed out in one of the recent video conferences, uni beuracracy can be a mess. Perhaps get more contacts and see what they need.

Also couldn't hurt to see (minus the COVID-19 mess) if they do spring/summer humanitarian trips. I know UNF did this with their engineering students supposedly, perhaps a CEB press?

All in all need to get more contacts, but this school definetly has potential intrested people
