Either sketching this up and cad and making it 3D Printable, or even making an Injection Mold for it (if we use enough this may make sense) would be neat. It doesn't seem too complex features wise, and would be very useful!
Don't seem to be any designs like this on any of the 3D Printing File Sharing Websites , there are still all sorts of prints for Cable Management however.
