Dear ______,

Here are the formalities for the OSE Apprenticeship - but they are important as they start us on the right track of learning.
The team is growing - 10 from 6 countries. Thanks for being the first to join. Here is your Offer Letter:

Feel free to comment in there.
And  your Apprenticeship Agreement:

Please review the Apprenticeship Agreement carefully and let me know if I am wrong about anything in there or if you have any concerns. In particular, do take a look at the OSE Social Contract, and fill out the Logistics Form regarding making it to the site and onsite logistics.
Then - set aside at least 1-2 hours of focused time where you can go through our Onboarding Survey - it's where the deeper thinking about goal setting and collaboration actually occurs. Take this seriously and spend time on it. The more time you spend - the more you will be able to get out of the Apprenticeship by defining clear goals. This is our baseline of your goals and index of possibilities. We will review at the 3 month mark, and at the end - and see how we are all growing. The answers will be shared with all the Apprenticeship participants. Just copy the page to a new wiki page specifically for you - write answers for as much as you can - and link from your Work Log.
Regarding FreeCAD - you're set. Take a look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irF1J_Llay8 and see if you can actually contribute. That is current work.
In a week or so, let's have a meeting with all the Apprentices so we meet each other, possibly go over highlights of the Onboarding Survey. Otherwise, OSE YouTube shows some interviews.
Onwards,
Marcin
