2 Week Builder Crash Course 6 more weeks focusing on Topic Area

Topic Areas: Year 1 Focuses on Mastering Construction. This cycle repeats every 2 months, with 5 cycles per year, and 6th cycle is vacation where students can work, rest, or participate in field trips: industrial tourism to China, school builds, service learning ghetto builds, drone manufacturing for Ukraine, etc.

Discovery

• We discover which track people want to migrate to, assuming that they will evolve phase by phase.
• Tracks: builder, collaborative builder, collaborative CAD designer, CAD designer, entrepreneur, collaborative entrepreneur, the numerate, the prompt engineer, etc. We will discover archetypes as we move along. The philosopher, the engineer, the bureaucrat, etc. Technician. Civ Architect. Programmer. Artist. Life Artist. Lawyer. Mathematician.

Cycle 1 - Sep 1 - Oct 31, 2025

Meta

1. 4 year certificate completion is intent of buying out at the bottom: a financial independence strategy based on appropriate technology, collaborative, universal basic assets. Lifetime stewardship access to all our facility and capital infrastructure based on a stewardship contract. This is the evolution or modernization of what is currently known as 'social security,' and can tie in to OSE currency. OSE currency is automatic credit by anyone based on 5% or so of their potential productivity. For example, if a person wields hot metal, uses CNC machine centers, bakes concrete or bread, etc - on a scale of $5k/day - then they have at least $1M productivity basis per year, they can coin $50k equivalent of production without having sold anything - just having produced universal basic assets. But they may be required to back that up with at least some production for the local community. This is based on specific certification for that productivity. This cash is abundance money, as more can be produced up to the full $1M pending contracts or sales to internal or external audience. Whenever sales are made to external audiences, that comes in as legal tender. When sold internally (in a broad sense of OSE campuses), then it is internal cryptocurrency. It can be used to buy things, including dollars if needed for international trade. But it is outside of any external sales - such as selling bread etc to external markets. This must address large capitalization, such as billions to go to Mars etc, which is doable on a collaborative basis where the agent must gain support for any endeavor on a much larger scale. Or the individual can fundraise based on extreme swarm production, such as building another $50M-$1B square mile campus over a few years.

Basic Schedule

1. 2 Week Builder Crash Course - goes through all 20 trades as we absolutely complete a house from foundation to rooftop PV
2. 8 Weeks - first session, during it we build another complete house in the 2 work days each week.

Curriculum

1. 20 Builder Trades - learn all the trades involved in house construction from foundation to PV - as you build 2 homes in 8 weeks.
2. Radical Collaboration Crash Course - starting with moral intelligence for a better world, we collaborate. Here's how we roll in swarms at scale. FreeCAD Collaborative Literacy. Realtime Uploading. Template exercise - do one for a new project, user testing. Extreme Collab Protocol. Project - 24 of us engage SMEs based on modular design guides for any tech. Remote collab engages, too - $200/semester, or $75/week. Design build sprint at end. We are transparent on resources, with budgeting guidelines based on detail design. Allocations only upon design.
3. House Builder Enterprise - Learn everything around the enterprise ecosystem related to construction: Architecture-Landscape Design-Interior Design 101 - how to produce architecture drawing for the building department; Surveying 101 - using open source RTK gps to measure coordinates and identify markers using standard formats, Structural Engineering 101 - how to do first principle calculations. Reconciling with tables., Soils Engineering 101 - performing soil bearing capacity tests and soil tests; means and techniques for stabilizing earth and preparing sites for construction; Electrical Design 101- Generating Electrical Engineering Designs for ; Generating Architecture Drawings with Open Source Software; Site Elevations, Site Plan, Landscape Plan; Site surveying with drones. Digital twinning of landscapes. Working with 3rd party inspectors. How to get a General Contractor License, an Electrical License, Plumbing license, and HVAC license. Getting Certified as a Construction Manager. Open Source Video Production 101. To site prep, add geophysical and hydrogeological studies.
4. Abundance mindsetting. How to See Possibility. Principles and Psychology of Operating a Business in Paradise and Abundance. Architectures 101. One Hour. Learning Mindset. How to Read 101. Learning How to Learn. Unlearning. NLP. Negotiation. Visual Learning Advantage. Multiple Intelligences. Bond Ambition. Character.
5. Open Source Civilizing- Survey of 500 Modules for an equitable technosphere.
6. Coding - CEB controller app for Android, streams instruction to CEB live. CEB Android App.
7. Emergent Design - based on who is in the room - we develop the development program for next quarter - starting day 1 so we have 10 weeks to prepare materials, SMEs, team, and capital equipment.

Cycle 2 - Nov 1 - Dec 20

1. Open Source Materials Production Facility - Milling Your Own Lumber; Solar Concrete From Limestone; 3D Printed Parts. CEBs. Opensourcing one of the machines in a 6 week design sprint. Shoot for 100 onsite participants.
