Basics
- An abbreviaton for the "Additive Subtractive Manufacturing By Layer" process
- A Hybrid of Additive Manufacturing and Subtractive Manufacturing Processes
- As of now it is done on the E3D Toolchanger
- Uses FDM and a CNC Mill / CNC Router (in one machine)
- Main process is a layer is "laid down" by a fdm toolhead, then that is swapped for a cnc toolhead, this "cleans up" the layer
