An Incentive Challenge but focusing on buying attention from top talent - whether via direct payment or setup of compelling Collaboration Architecture which brings the top talent to the table.
A clear methodology is developed for the Topgraded Challenge - where access to resources is not a question - as a premise. This allows for the proper execution inspired by Sublimation and unrstricted by lack of resources. We simply say - these are the resources needed - here's how we accomplish the goal. Say $1-5M for a challenge at a pop, over say 6 months.
