About
- Term is used interchangeably with the Network State, though microstates imply small geographical entities, whereas the Network States focuses on networked constellations of microstates
 - A microstate is a small city-state or similar entity which is either autonomous (its own country) or has a special arrangement for semi-autonomy from its neighboring region.
 - This could be a Special Economic Zone, a Native American Reservation, an OSE Campus, or other entity with special legal arrangements.
 - Microstate Entrepreneurship is the art of creating and implementing incentive structures which facilitate a host country to accept and endorse a special economic zone on its soil.
 - One specific proposal for the microstate published in 2022 is The Network State.
