- From Ronny to 1005 Sycamore BHHS - side by side. At 100 vs 180 k build cost for materials and labor, and 1/3 the labor cost. Comically inefficient. Why doesn't it improve? Because at scale the designer (architect) does not design a house, and the user is not the builder (they are egged on by the builder for expensive (unbuildable) design).
