This is the OSE Public Press Procedure:


2. If [[Marcin_Jakubowski|Marcin]] is asked to be interviewed, the questions to him are written down and send to Nikolay. Nikolay passes the questions to Marcin for reply.
#Email inquiry -> Press FAQ -> Email response -> Interviews range from free to $500/hour based on nature of offer.
#Any other consultations with Founder are $500/hour donation to OSE. The donation goes straight to the GVCS development.
#Site visits may be granted after March 1, 2013.


3. If there are unanswered questions afterwards or still an interview is requested, Marcin will consider an interview.
