This is the OSE Public Press Procedure:

Email inquiry -> Press FAQ -> Email response -> Interviews range from free to $500/hour based on nature of offer.
Any other consultations with Founder are $500/hour donation to OSE. The donation goes straight to the GVCS development.
Site visits may be granted after March 1, 2013.
