There are two sections with title For_Organizational_Developers on this page (4.7 and 4.9), so I intend to merge them, but I'm still a little bit Organizational Development shy :)

This does not help people focus on anything constructive. I added instead that people should select a technology and work on it. MJ-5/12/11
