Narrative: For a house of 1300 sf that costs $60k in materials , OSE has a $120k build cost advantage - just on the build cost (materials + labor) side, not considering anything else that makes a viable enterprise. If this advantage is present, then OSE should be capable of executing a highly scalable or competitive enterprise in the open marketplace, with potential of resetting the housing market.
