The CNC Torch Table is used for making accurate and precise steel cuts. The machine is critical for fabricating most other GVCS Products, as can be seen in the [[Product Ecologies]]. The machine consists of 3 parts:
*the physical table
*the electronics driving the torch
and
*the computer software.
The current push for the CNC Torch Table is that it is needed to create parts for the [[CEB Press]].

recommended next steps:
1. get the candcnc.com 's dragon-cut 620-4 and implement on the
current table. utilize your same bearing setup for the z-axis.
2. build the mantis 9 , but use the snaplock electronics.

Trapping, or how well the machine constrains undesired movement while cutting, must be measured, and a threshold should be determined. This information can be used while designing future tools and machines using the CNC Torch Table.
