:I think since we're just starting it's easier to have one SCRUM, last time only two people called in anyways. As more people call-in I think it will make sense to actually split this up by project instead of having one big one, then the one general SCRUM can be moved to being weekly (find a time so that it's possible for everyone around the world to call-in) and each group can have their smaller SCRUMS daily under whatever schedule makes sense. -- [[User:Lex Berezhny|Lex Berezhny]] 17:39, 7 February 2012 (CET) |

- I think since we're just starting it's easier to have one SCRUM, last time only two people called in anyways. As more people call-in I think it will make sense to actually split this up by project instead of having one big one, then the one general SCRUM can be moved to being weekly (find a time so that it's possible for everyone around the world to call-in) and each group can have their smaller SCRUMS daily under whatever schedule makes sense. -- Lex Berezhny 17:39, 7 February 2012 (CET)
