Key Promises via management of my energy and attention towards managing commitments for 2 Weeks including specific timing for what by when and who owns the promise, so these are measurable and observable so someone (Scott) holds me accountable. Include navigation - making and managing promises - including mid-course correction. The 2 week plan is static, and navigation turns it dynamic. What conversations do I want to have?
