Updated the D3D Controller Slide [5], so that we can use the Ramps 1.4 controller. CAT 5 connections done between the controller and the parts.

Updated the D3D Controller Slide [6], so that we can use the Ramps 1.4 controller. Edited the connections between the controller and other parts (sensors, motors, ...). Next work will be CAT 5 cables between the controller and the parts.
