Basics
- A Design Princible Promoting Complete Streets / Walkability, Higher Density Than Suburbs etc so as to reduce (in theory...se below) Urban Sprawl , Eco-friedly principles, and community via public spaces/community centers etc
- This needs a clearer definition?
