Basics
- An Electrical Distribution Grid on a Massive Scale (Could also cover Pipeline Transport of things such as Hydrogen , Bio-Methane , Butanol or in theory Bio-Crude / Pyrolysis Oil )
- This is usally across multiple countries or even continents
- Is Used to "Balance Out" Renewable Production of Electricity by making the grid so large it spans multiple weather zones (ie storms block solar in one area, yet the other area ccurrently has clear weather thus the other area "covers for" the first area) and climates (Desert produces Solar Thermal and Delivers it Far Away)
- May utilize HVDC Power Transmission and/or Superconducting Power Transmission,but doesn't neccisarily require it
