4 Zones of Possibility for Learning Goals

What I know we can learn - mastery of Seed Eco-Home Build in terms of various build optimizations over the plain ability to build. But that's not enough if the business side is not developed. We can optimize a lot, and I know I can teach the crew how to make improvements.
WHat I think we can learn - Mastery of the marketing side - how to promote and sell the product effectively so that financial freedom is a byproduct. I think I can teach the product optimization to the point that the economics become robust. I think we can also start producing some plastic lumber.
What I think would be too much - To build with CEB now - that may take another year until we perfect the workflow with soil mixer. Or training 100 builders - that would require concentrated marketing effort.
