This page aims to determine the environmental impact via looking for existing / making a rudimentary LCA of the equivalent Consumables needed for Shielded Metal Arc Welding ( and the similar Flux Core Arc Welding and Submerged Arc Welding Processes) vs Gas Shielded Arc Welding / Gas Tungsten Arc Welding
IE Stick Welding vs MIG/TIG Welding
