- popularized in 1995 by Goleman, coined in 1990 by scholars Salovey and Mayer, it took more than 2 decades to get past dumbstlruck. It can be used for good, or evil such as Hitler. An evil people do well use it around you. If used with Moral Intelligence, it is for the good.
