Go to HR#Job_Posting_Venues page - post on as many of the venues as you can. I did VolunteerMatch and Idealist.

Next week - use Google Hangout - 11 AM Monday CST - Monday Team Meeting
We'll start interviewing HR people.
Write an announcement for OSE Developers and post it on all sites.
In 2 weeks see if we meet some goals - 1-2 new OSE Developers/week is our milestone, so 2-4 new people on board in 2 weeks as a result of the HR effort.
