Took part one of Advanced Vista Volunteer Management Course, developing partnerships
- It may be worthwhile to approach organizations for potential partnership and seek HR expertise and resources to develop HR. Ideally organizations with similar goals so as not to duplicate efforts
- nationalservice.gov not a volunteer posting board
- May be better to split HR Generalist tasks to areas of specialization
- nextavenue.org is a list of websites for non-profit job seekers not necessarily unpaid volunteers although some of the sites listed are for volunteering which are already on our venues list
- snagajob.com is an employer requires payment to post
- unvolunteering.org should be contacting you about adding OSE to their network of volunteer organizations. There will be a link in your email. I emailed you the password.
- https://www.charityjob.co.uk/recruiters is a paid job posting site
- volunteercny only partners with organizations located near them
- https://matadornetwork.com/change/top-10-volunteer-opportunities-worldwide/ is an article on volunteer opportunities not a volunteer posting venue
- Registered with https://www.charityjob.co.uk/ They will send you an email to confirm.
- https://www.gov.uk/government/get-involved/take-part/volunteer has links to other volunteer sites in the UK. It's not a volunteer posting venue

- volunteercrossing.com requires a paid subscription to post
- Searched sHuman_Resources_Operations_Manual#Linksecretary of state website. Go to Secretary of state contact page to request being added to volunteer page.
- Added energize inc's global directory to the to be posted section.
- Requested registration at volunteernewyork.com They should get back to you about the request: "Thank you for submitting your interest in partnering with Volunteer New York! Your information has been forwarded to our staff and we'll be in touch. Posted HR Generalist announcements on...
- Go to HR#Job_Posting_Venues page - post on as many of the venues as you can. I did VolunteerMatch and Idealist.
- Post the HR Generalist Job description there
- Leave me as the contact email so I set up interview at first and CC you
- Next week - use Google Hangout - 11 AM Monday CST - Monday Team Meeting
- We'll start interviewing HR people.
- Write an announcement for OSE Developers and post it on all sites.
- In 2 weeks see if we meet some goals - 1-2 new OSE Developers/week is our milestone, so 2-4 new people on board in 2 weeks as a result of the HR effort.
