Old treadmill motors etc are supposedly a good source as well for large motors (not BLDC, but assuming brushes are in good shape, and motor is free/cheap)

trying to find a "standard" motor thats easily available and somewhat close to the stepper motor sized options --Dorkmo (talk) 16:49, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
