HintLightbulb.png Hint: Recommended metal gauges is 11 gauge or 1/8", though 10 and 12 gauge will work as well. The frame file below uses a 4'x8' sheet of steel for cutting. If we use a 5'x10' sheet of steel - then we can get 20", 18", 16", 14", 12", and 10" frames with respectively smaller possible print area. Thus, each 5x10 sheet gets you 18 frame sets, minimizing material waste.
