Organization to deploy 'new energy technologies'. This is not consistent with OSE's viewpoint that solar energy is already abundant, and that to achieve absolute energy abundance, it is sufficient to lower the cost of solar electric power via open-sourcing of solar concentrator and biomass-electric technologies.
