Dorkmo - email me at opensourceecology at gmail dot come and we should set up a phone call to discuss wiring diagrams. We need to get that documented fully. The former blog posts discuss the wiring, and I can fill in the details. - Marcin

Thanks for your help with the CEB Press. I hadn't really thought about how to present the build instructions. One page would be nice, but in practice, it'll probably be too long. We can break it down into several pages and have arrows to go to 'Next Page' and 'Previous Page' (like this).
I don't know how exactly to split it up. Bill of materials for The Liberator II lists: Main frame, soil loader drawer, soil loader motion guides, main cylinder motion guides, hydraulic cylinders, large hopper, hopper grate, grate shaker. That doesn't include the electronics, so we'd have to add a page for that too, and maybe a page for installing the firmware. I'm sure as we put the instruction together, it'll become clear how best to divide them.
Ultimately, we should get rid of all the fragmented pages (The Liberator Assembly, CEB Press 2 etc. etc.) and turn them into redirects to the pages in the navigation bar at the top of CEB Press Intro --Conor 08:08, 7 March 2011 (PST)

Don't worry about documenting the old versions of the CEB Press. There was a prototype built in 2009, but that's obsolete; the one built in June 2010 is the one that needs documenting. It comes in a manual version without circuit boards and an automatic version with circuit boards. Some pages call it The Liberator 2, some just call it The Liberator, or the CEB Press. I'm not sure if The Liberator beta v1.0 is the same. --Conor 18:10, 7 March 2011 (PST)

yeah im having a hard time figuring out which version is which. seems like every page calls it something different. What name should we be using? just "CEB Press?", or "CEB Press aka The Liberator"
Yeah, I don't understand the versions either. Call it The Liberator or the CEB Press, whichever feels natural at the time. It is a compressed earth block press called The Liberator; you can have a car called a Yaris and sometimes you'll say "Yaris" and sometimes you'll say "the car". The page titles call it CEB Press, but I'll set up redirects now, so titles like 'The Liberator Build Instructions' still work.
One more thing: you can sometimes tell which version a page is about by looking at the page's history to see when it was written. The most up-to-date version came out June 2010, I believe, so anything since then in in-date. --Conor 18:54, 7 March 2011 (PST)

Well-Drilling Rig

I see you took your video about the water swivel out of the article. I am in the process of cleaning up the page and formatting it more like the one for the CEB press as well as working on the design of the machine so I have moved the sections where the video used to be to Well-drilling Rig Development. I used your swivel idea in the machine's design and was wondering why you took the video down. Are you continuing your work on swivel design? Was the original design watertight? And what is the reason for taking down the video? -Andrew Buck 05:19, 20 May 2011 (PDT)
