Immersion 4 year program of learning to build anything, starting with collaborative design and building the Seed Eco-Home. By invoking a 3x10 immersion work schedule, 1 day of technical training, and 2 days of learning how to learn (Edge of Knowledge concept), we gain personal and professional mastery on a journey to Integrated Humanity.
