Character Metrics

  1. How do you authentically measure the public interest nature of a person's character as opposed to selfishness and private gain? This is highly correlated with ones tendency towards individualism versus true collaboration. Sel-finterested vs public interest may work, but not likely to work at the leadership level due to cultural issues.
  2. Far West Family School Character Metrics

Statistics - Not Necessarily Quality

  1. Number of open source ecology-aligned (collaborative design for a transparent and inclusive economy of abundance - see Discussion of OSE Vision) livelihoods created - ie, number of people who are making a living from open source economics as Collaborators. Not just any collaborators, but those who are contributing directly to the Open Source Everything Store.
  2. Number of and wide distribution of Open Source Microfactories that are generating $25k or more net revenue per year (ie, are activ), and net includes money that is reinvested back in the Enterprise)
  3. Number of and distribution of OSE Campuses worldwide, with about 30k-Campuses worldwide - comparable to the Number of Universities.
  4. Number of products certified for the Open Source Everything Store.
  5. Number of Part Library commits across 50 GVCS technologies and supporting infrastructure
  6. Number of people leading Open Source Product Development via OSE STEAM Camps
  7. Number of people certified in OSE development (4 days training, and certification for the 4 day training)
