Basics

• A Scrap Derived Sheet made from Liquid Packaging Board

Production

• Use as large of LPB feedstocks as you can collect locally
• Dissasemble Them
• Clean Them
• Cut to peices as square/rectangular as possible, avoiding cuts
  • Plan beforehand to optimize shavpe vs number of cuts
  • Also try to make them as "clean" as possible, use a CNC Drag Knife if possible
  • Less cuts = less seams in the final product
• Join them in a similar manner to Quilting
  • As of now, this is known to be "do-able" via Stiching
  • Need to see if Thermal Welding or Ultrasonic Welding can be done
• Produce to the desired Standard Textile Feedstock Forms

Uses

• Waterproofing
• Semi-Structual Parts
• As a High Strength, Semi-Rigid Textile (Like Canvass (Textile) )
• Minor Insulation
