- Awuaponics - $1000 per month based on Aquaponic Greenhouse, key is tech integration and automated drone delivery.
- Hydrogen Filling Station - based on an acre of PV ($80k) - gets $55k/yr fuel production for cars. With a 100kW wind turbine, doubles this in the Midwest.
- Rooftop PV - $1k return saved.
- Lot-based hydrogen - 6000 sf lot - 60 kW - gets $20/day or $7300/yr in fuel. At 2 year payback using a kit build.
