Recruit Core Team
See Scaling_Strategy:_Organization. This is our core team plan. We are looking for the 5000 or so Cultural Disruptives to join our organization, and we are considering a vision-driven recruiting program as opposed to a skills-driven recruiting program. This means looking for extremely talented, but specifically hands-on unskilled people with a high capacity to learn practical skills. The prerequisite is (1) ability to focus (to obtain desired results) and (2), expanded consciousness (to comprehend the big picture of this work), and (3), willingness to learn and perform at a high level at something totally different.
We are currently engaging a standard recruiting strategy via job boards. We may consider the vision-driven approach because of our high skill requirements.
