  • Include all key parts used in Fab Tool Icons equivalent of SEH Master vBOM -distilled after complete parts integration
    • Complete vBOM for each of 20 trades
  • Roadmap for solar heating, hydrogen filling station, CEB, trusses, and multiple stories with rapid build tech (Incremental Design, which is more powerful than Modular Design.)
  • SEH Master vBOM-equivalent library in FreeCAD.
  • Complete conceptual design library for product differentiation, such as in Sweet Home 3D.
  • FreeCAD drag-and-drop
  • FreeCAD designers for various parts.
  • More developed incremental design strategy for SEH iterations
  • Develop incremental design to extensive scalability, differentiation, speed, and Extensive-Intensive Scalability. This means Modular Design->Incremental Design->Incremental Rapid Build Design->Incremental Rapid Build Scalable Design.
    • Modular starts with modules, allows expansion and differentiation.
    • Incremental makes it easier on expansion and differentiation, reaching limit of Zero Marginal Effort comparing modular to incremental design
    • Incremental Rapid Build means augmenting the incremental design to optimize build technique, meaning that both the initial modules and the incremental design modules are modified for Rapid Build.
    • The last frontier is Intensive Scalability via Extensive Scalability. This means typically Intensive as opposed to extensive scalability. However, the intensive scalability is achieved by upstream modularity (extensive scalability). This appears to be a contradiction, but it is not. The specific method of achieving intensive scalability is modular in itself, giving rise to the Robustification of Scalability.

Facilities

  • RLF must include Materials Lab, where we develop 3D printed parts, lumber, concrete, structural components, electronics, etc.
