Seed Eco-Home Rapid Learning Theory
OSE intends to train house-builders at a rate 20x of a typical trade school program. Some specifics of this rate are:
- Task-based learning - learning is based on a specific outcome, which produces 10x learning rate according to pedagogical theory [link]. For example, we do not go into depth on all possible ways to solve a problem, but use a Degenerate solution set which includes only one or a few best practices as admissible choices. This naturally avoids dealing with 10x more unrefined content (clutter) which corresponds to suboptimal, poorly designed, or otherwise inferior choices that do not meet OSE Specifications. Thus, we perfect only an optimized skillset, without learning things that suck. Since most things suck, this indicates a significantly improved output.
- Optimized technique - we deliberately do not study in depth all the ways that a task can be built or accomplished - but we still touch upon all the possibilities so that the aspirant is aware of why the optimal choice was made.

- Learning how to learn - because 20 is much larger than 1, it is critical that our aspirants learn how to learn effectively - optimizing the cognitive aspects of learning a wide range of topics.
- Purpose-driven Learning - starting with Moral Intelligence, we end up with unlimited motivation for solving pressing world issues, with large-scale self-actualization of the greater society as a tangible outcome. For example, self-actualization in our clients relates to a house that produces comfort, food, energy, and fuel - which means covering 60% of the Cost of Living and thus freeing up a majority of one's time for pursuing more meaningful purpose than surviving.
- Integrated Learning - it turns out that cross-fertilization of learning from multiple disciplines or areas allows one to learn a new area much faster.
- Financial freedom - guarantee of post-scarcity earning potential frees one from the threat of survival, and the achievement of full happiness at $100k leads one to pursue a life of purpose
