Seems to be a bit of Terminology Hell, need to sort that out. I think there were ISO names and maybe the other was American Welding Society or something?

Either way probably not going to make Plasma Arc Gouging (vs just Plasma Cutting ) for now, and will leave Air Carbon Arc Gouging named that for now
