Could this be used for essentially any bulk powder/pellet/shredded material?

I'm thinking of:

• Sawdust
• Wood Pellets
• Charcoal Powder
• Charcoal Pellets
• Charcoal Briquettes
• Plastic Flakes
• Plastic Pellets ?
