I know a Flail Mower was made a while back; that looks more like some sort of bladed shredder type thing though in the photos you posted, right?

GRANTED also in the mean time, unless they jack up the prices of the attachments like crazy, using a Lifetrac with COTS Attachments via the Adapter Plate may be the way to go.
