Team Facilitator

The main role of the Team Facilitator is to train collaborators in Collaborative Literacy, the OSE Development Process, and technical training on specific research and development skills. This includes teaching about the design principles as in the Design Guide, which means that the best Facilitator must have both technical and soft skills.
